“ I found Hannah through a share on a Facebook group. She was offering a five day happy cycle challenge for healthy hormones - I signed up with no expectations, and boy was I blown away!

Right away I was sent this beautifully presented email package filled with information, incredibly well laid out meal plans, grocery list and recipes complete with “calls notes“ on how to add more protein, more greens, substitutions etc.

I was SO impressed with how I felt after 5 days and how knowledgeable she was! Hannah was an offering a six week healthy hormone program that was starting shortly after this ended, I knew that the five day was just a start, and then I was ready to tackle six weeks for my hormones - for my health!

Again, Hannah sent off the email with the meal plan, grocery list, recipes etc. This time the information was so detailed about our body, our hormones and how connected they really are, plus what happens when we fuel our bodies with what they actually need!

The information that came each week - “mini lessons” was so detailed it left no doubt in my mind how AMAZING Hannah is at her job!! Add in the weekly phone call check-in and although due to Covid I have not met Hannah personally, I feel so comfortable talking to her and there is no awkwardness about topics - she totally understands and is there to help!!

Hannah answered all of my questions without missing a beat, it didn’t matter how simple or complex it was she took the time to explain everything. The recipes were DELICIOUS! Not going to lie, not sure how they can be healthy when they taste that good?! Even my husband enjoyed the meal plans and we were both AMAZED at how great we felt and how easy it was to cook nutritious and delicious meals. I can honestly say, that although the program is over, we have continued to cook the recipes even for Christmas day!

I can’t thank Hannah enough for reminding me of how well our bodies can function when fuelled properly. I have learned that our hormones do not have to massively fluctuate, nor do we have to “live with “ PMS, mood swings, bowel disruptions because it’s “that time”. I wish I had found Hannah sooner, I have no doubt that I would not have had to live with the pain and discomfort associated with my cycle.

“I had routine blood work done because I was sleeping poorly, feeling anxious and stressed and looking for relief. My testosterone levels came back on the low end of normal and my vitamin D levels were deficient. My doctor wrote me prescriptions for a high dose vitamin D pill and testosterone cream. I was very excited for the potential to feel better but I was very nervous about the bio identical hormone.My concerns were elevated when the pharmacist cautioned me about keeping my bare skin, clothing, bedsheets and towels away from my 6 year old son, because if he came into contact with the testosterone, it could put him into early onset puberty.
